Due to the nature of digital products — including but not limited to eBooks, downloadable guides, home decor how-tos, PDFs, workbooks, and other instant-access content — all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once a digital file has been delivered or download access granted, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
No Exceptions
We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incompatibility with your device
- Accidental purchase
- Failure to download or access files, unless due to a verified technical issue on our end
